New FreshmenIn 2011-2012, 87% of incoming freshmen received a renewable Westminster scholarship. The average 11-12 freshman scholarship award is $12,625. Annual amounts for these awards range from $5,000 ($20,000 over four years) to $15,000 ($60,000 over four years). In addition, Westminster oversees a generous financial aid program: aid includes work-study, grants (both state and federal), and loans. In 2011-2012, 97% of incoming freshmen received financial aid. Transfer StudentsTransfer students are eligible for work study, loans, and, of course, scholarships and grants which range in amounts from $5,000 to $11,000 per year (as long as you are attending full-time and maintain good academic standing and satisfactory academic progress).
